Return Policy for Products

All products have a 30 day return policy unless otherwise marked. The return period for each item will be on the Additional Info tab under the description.
To return a product you must first request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To request an RMA number go to your Dropship Town account dashboard and click on "My Returns" on the left side. There will be a button to get you started. This will alert our returns department that you have a return and they will respond within 1-2 business days with an RMA number and return information.
A Few Things to Know
- Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, media, cables, chargers etc.
- Returns may take up to 30 days depending on warehouse. Most warehouses process returns in 1-2 weeks.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment.
- We do not charge any restocking fees.
Types of Returns and What to Expect
Unwanted - You will be refunded the item cost only. (Shipping costs are non refundable)
Returned to Sender - You will be refunded the item cost only. (Shipping costs are non refundable)
Lost in Transit- We will initiate a claim with the carrier, if the item is found/delivered to customer the claim will be closed, If there was insurance on the order and the carrier approves the claim then you will receive a full refund (including shipping costs).
Defective - You will have the option of a full refund (including shipping costs) or a replacement depending on your request.
Damaged - Damages must be reported within 7 days of package delivery and we will initiate a damage claim with the carrier. You will need to provide proof of the damage (usually a photo(s) will be requested) If the claim is approved by the carrier, you will receive a full refund (including shipping costs).
Missing Part(s) - In most cases we will get the warehouse to send the missing part(s), if this is not an option it will be treated as a not as described return.
Not as Described - If a product arrives not as described, we will review it on a case by case basis and may ask for additional information, if the item is found to actually be "Not as Described" we will issue a prepaid return label, and you will receive a full refund (including shipping costs).
