What do I do if I have to return an order, send replacement parts or the order is lost or damaged?

If you need to return an order because it is unwanted, damaged, defective, missing parts, lost etc you will need to follow the directions below.

You will navigate to your Dropship Town account dashboard (click My Account at the top of any page on our website), on the left side look for My Returns, once there click the "Request New Return" button, you will be guided from there through the rest of the process.
