How do I cancel an order?

We can only cancel an order if the status shows as processing, once it shows awaiting shipment or complete we are unable to cancel. When you place an order it is sent directly to the warehouse for processing, If you have a situation where the order must not be delivered then you will need to contact us at email@example.com to request an intercept with the carrier. However, be advised there is a $20 intercept fee charged by the carrier, plus the return shipping costs.
